For existing bookings, visit your Tour Dashboard with booking reference number to upgrade seats online – subject to availability.
HOW DOES MY SPIRAL PASS WORK?
Your pre-paid £50 is added to your account once a deposit is made against your selected booking. The £50 bonus credit is taken off your final balance total with the £5pp charity donation made on your behalf 12 weeks prior to travel to one of our selected beneficiaries.
ONE £50 Spiral Pass purchase entitles ONE person to buy a package with MSG. By way of example, a travelling couple would require 2 x SPIRAL PASS purchases.
WHAT IF I DO NOT WANT TO BOOK ANY PACKAGES WITH MSG?
We are continually working on new packages subject to demand for each nation and the availability of tickets. Tours are continually refreshed on our website when new tickets are issued to us by World Rugby.
If deciding to opt out of this process, email rwc2023@msgtours.com and we'll refund back to your card.
