With Rugby World Cup 2023 quickly apporaching, we’re fielding many popular questions on the practical side of package inclusions, ticket delivery, luggage and all things ‘France’.
Our staff are all hands-to-the-pump in planning the finer details for our worldwide touring clients, covering countries as far as New Zealand right across to North America (and everywhere in between).
We appreciate the excitement and need for detail, so here are a few helpful points to review whilst our team sorts everything out:
flight information

The below link will be useful for you to see details on flight timings/luggage weights for those travelling on our UK charters. Please note that no tickets or online check in is required for those travelling on MSG charter flights.
For fans travelling on scheduled flight services, we will check you in and issue boarding passes 24 hours prior to departure.
l'apero events

The below link will provide information on our events schedule around certain games. Please refer to your Tour Dashboard to see whether a L’Apero event is included in your tour:
eurostar tickets from the uk and train tickets in france
E-tickets will be sent via email one week before your departure date, with allocated seats and luggage details enclosed. Any Parisian packages with MetroCard inclusions will be given in person by an MSG Tour Manager at your hotel.
Match tickets

Digital match tickets will be sent via email one week before each RWC2023 game. You may choose to print these, or scan directly from your smartphone.
Tour Merchandise

For UK-only clients, kit bundles will be sent by our partners at L4 Teamwear at least one week prior to your departure date to the address listed on your Tour Dashboard. International clients will receive merchandise in France from our Tour managers in-country.
We have heard that there has been a mix up with our supplier which has lead to some people not receiving kit despite having emails stating that they have or some being sent the wrong kit with someone else’s name on it.
Due to this, if you are travelling for the first weekend of games you can collect the kit you are missing in your hotel resort as there will be supplies there.
rugby village / fan zone
Each host city, with the exception Paris which offers two, boasts a Rugby Village to watch games, buy merchandise and mingle with fellow fans. Here are the details of Rugby Villages in each location:
